Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, downloading, or using Lumina Client (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Lumina Client is a Minecraft 1.8.9 client distributed as digital software. Access is granted after purchase through your account on getlumina.cc and is typically locked to a hardware ID (HWID) you bind in Account Settings.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
One active HWID binding per account unless we expressly allow a change.
You must provide accurate information during registration and checkout.

4. Plans & payments

We offer paid plans (for example Lifetime and Monthly). Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Paddle). Taxes may apply based on your location. Access is granted after successful payment confirmation.

5. License

Subject to these Terms and a valid purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Lumina Client for your own use. You may not resell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer (except where prohibited by law), redistribute, or publicly share the client files or license keys/tokens.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass license, HWID, or payment checks.
Do not attack, scrape, or disrupt getlumina.cc or related services.
Do not use the Service in ways that violate applicable law.
You are solely responsible for how you use the client on third-party servers and for complying with those servers’ rules.

7. Updates & availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable delivery of downloads and updates but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, license sharing, or material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the client.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumina Client and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
